When Molly Hobin Williams became the 4th generation President & CEO in 2010, she relaunched the brand in Manhattan Beach and Palm Desert, specializing in Commercial and Residential real estate.

The challenge was to create a fresh, compelling brand identity that reflected the company’s heritage of trust, family values, and industry expertise, while also appealing to a new generation of homebuyers and investors. Every marketing dollar had to work hard, ensuring strong brand recognition across all platforms.
